Join the engine room of the internet! Our team manages the platform and lifecycle of 22 million  Domains, DNS, and SSL certificates across 8 international brands. While these are infrastructure pillars, the way we manage them is evolving. We are looking for a tech-savvy Working Student to help us bridge the gap between traditional infrastructure and AI-driven automation. In this role, you won’t just be analyzing workflows; you will be building the Python scripts and AI-powered "agents" that eliminate manual bottlenecks across our international brands. Your goal is to connect data sources, automate the "boring stuff," and ensure our team stays focused on strategic innovation.

Tasks

• AI Scouting & Prototyping: Research and test how LLMs and AI Agents can automate internal workflows, from analyzing technical documentation to streamlining ticket routing.
• Automate Complex Workflows: Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate end-to-end manual steps, such as portal data extraction and cross-system file transfers.
• Data-Driven Insights: Support the PM team in monitoring product performance and using AI tools to extract actionable trends from large datasets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering to ensure our automation requirements are clearly defined and implemented.

Qualifications

• Studies: Currently enrolled in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
• AI Curiosity: You don’t just use Large Language Models; you understand the potential of AI Agents and how they can be integrated into business processes.
• The "Automation Mindset": You are logically driven and naturally curious about how emerging AI tools can solve old-school efficiency problems.
• Technical Toolkit: 
  • Solid Python: You are comfortable using libraries for data handling and automation.
  • SQL Knowledge: You can navigate databases to find the "truth" in the data.
  • Basic understanding of how the web works (DNS, SSL, or Cloud) is a massive plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI or Looker.
• Reliability: You understand that automated data must be 100% accurate to be useful.
• Communication: Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage for collaborating across our German locations.
