As a Client Ops Engineer, you'll design and build custom solutions that range from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications. While you won't interface directly with clients, you'll work closely with our internal teams who do, translating client requirements into elegant technical solutions. Your work will span the entire development lifecycle—from conceptualization and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Beyond client projects, you'll contribute to our internal ecosystem by developing tools for our marketing team and creating micro-applications on top of our AI stack. This blend of external and internal development makes the role particularly dynamic and engaging.
No two days will look exactly alike in this position. One week you might be updating our website and micro-apps, the next you could be deep in development of a client-specific application that spans several months. You might spend a day configuring LLMs to power a new AI workflow, then pivot to building an internal tool that streamlines our operations.
We're seeking senior engineers (5+ years of experience) with comprehensive full-stack expertise. Your technical toolkit should include:
Experience building Gen AI/LLM-based products is a significant advantage, as is prior work in startup environments where flexibility and initiative are essential.
Technical skills form the foundation, but success in this role requires more. We value engineers who:
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, though we require at least 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time for synchronous collaboration. We've built an AI-native culture that encourages leveraging cutting-edge tools to maximize productivity and creativity.
We operate with a results-oriented mindset—while we maintain core collaborative hours, we trust our team members to manage their time effectively and deliver high-quality work. You'll be joining a team that values transparent communication, constructive feedback, and continuous learning.
Beyond meeting the technical requirements, the ideal Client Ops Engineer is someone who gets energized by variety and problem-solving. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, from frontend to backend architect to AI workflow engineer. You're someone who enjoys the challenge of building something from scratch today and refining an existing system tomorrow.
If you're excited about applying your full-stack expertise across diverse projects, learning to harness the power of AI, and contributing to both client success and internal innovation, we'd love to talk with you about joining GrowthX.
