Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Go-To-Market leadership team. This role will serve as a critical partner to Sales and Marketing.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of a fast-paced, high-impact team shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple GTM leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling across time zones for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
• Prepare, edit, and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Plan and execute team meetings, QBRs, offsites, and company-wide events—including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Act as a liaison and communication point between GTM leaders, internal teams, and customers to ensure clear alignment and execution.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to Sales and Marketing.
• Provide general office support, including supply coordination, space planning, and document management, to ensure a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, ideally supporting commercial or revenue-facing executives.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Outlook calendar management tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
