What if selling wasn't about persuasion—but about discovering who's ready to build the future?
Our founding team pioneered Latent Diffusion and Stable Diffusion - breakthroughs that made generative AI accessible to millions. Today, our FLUX models power creative tools, design workflows, and products across industries worldwide.
Our FLUX models are best-in-class not only for their capability, but for ease of use in developing production applications. We top public benchmarks and compete at the frontier - and in most instances we're winning.
If you're relentlessly curious and driven by high agency, we want to talk.
With a team of ~50, we move fast and punch above our weight. From our labs in Freiburg - a university town in the Black Forest - and San Francisco, we're building what comes next.
This isn't transactional sales. You're identifying builders who are one conversation away from a breakthrough, then giving them the tools to get there. Sometimes that's a three-week cycle with a scrappy startup. Sometimes it's a nine-month enterprise negotiation where you're educating C-suite about capabilities that didn't exist when they started fiscal planning.
You'll own the full commercial motion—from discovery to close to expansion. You'll work directly with solutions engineers, forward-deployed engineers, product, research, and legal to shape deals that haven't been done before.
Your responsibilities:
You have deep technical fluency. Either you've worked in image/video generation (at companies building diffusion models, creative tools, or visual AI products) or you come from a technical background—solutions engineer, technical account manager, or engineering role. You can discuss model capabilities, inference requirements, and integration challenges with technical buyers, then translate complex capabilities into business value for executives.
You've closed real deals before—complex ones, with technical buyers, long cycles, multiple stakeholders. You know the difference between a tire-kicker and a serious prospect. You're genuinely curious about what customers are building. When someone describes their use case, you're thinking about whether our models are the right fit, what blockers they'll hit, how they'll need to evolve.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. One day you're walking a Fortune 500 through compliance requirements. The next, you're helping a 10-person team understand API pricing. You understand that we're selling cutting-edge technology to sophisticated buyers. Hype doesn't work here. Clarity, competence, and genuine partnership do.

Nice to have:
This isn't a role where you'll hit a number, collect commission, and move on. You'll have impact beyond your quota—shaping commercial strategy, defining processes, influencing product direction. But that means ambiguity. We don't have perfect CRM hygiene, established territories, or 20-page playbooks. If you need structure and predictability, this isn't the place.
We don't reward performative hustle over substance. Thoughtful execution, honest forecasting, and deals that create mutual value do.
