About the Role

We’re looking for Factored's first Product Manager for the Business Transformation & Intelligence (BTI) team. You will build the internal technology—the workflows, data infrastructure, and tools to empower our teams to do their best work. You’ll sit at the intersection of vision and execution, transforming manual, reactive processes into an autonomous, self-serve intelligence ecosystem.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategic Problem Solving & Continuous Curiosity: Go beyond ticket completion. Investigate root causes and stakeholder pain points to build intentional, high-impact solutions.
  • Agile Execution: Lead with high agency, breaking down ambiguous goals into actionable, incremental tasks. Define the "what" and "why," partnering closely with engineering on the "how."
  • Transparent Communication: Act with honesty and humility. Vocalize blockers early, provide candid feedback on processes, and maintain a rigorous balance between designing with intention and fiercely advocating for our users.
  • Sustainable Delivery: Prioritize clean, well-documented, and scalable practices. Balance rapid delivery with craftsmanship to ensure the long-term reliability of our systems.
  • Servant Leadership: Embody empathy in all interactions. Mentor teammates, guide new users, and democratize solutions to ensure the team succeeds together.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate the product roadmap, current work-in-progress, and recent launches to provide broad visibility and alignment across internal teams.

What you bring to Factored:

  • 5+ years of product management, project management, or similar experience, ideally in technical, data, or software environments.
  • Proven end-to-end product ownership, from initial discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Strong ability to mentor junior PMs and establish scalable product processes.
  • Expertise in Agile workflows (e.g., Jira, Linear) and in technical architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating business priorities into actionable specs.
  • UX/UI sensibility, strong attention to detail, including wireframing, and a user-first mindset.

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience with decentralized data mesh, predictive ML talent matching, or analytics products.
  • Background in HR tech, recruiting tools, or talent platforms.
