Coordinate across electronics design, PCB layout, signal & power integrity, mechanical, and test teams
Facilitate technical planning sessions, design reviews, and delivery checkpoints
Identify technical, schedule, and resource risks early and drive mitigation
Maintain clear visibility of dependencies and critical path items
Provide concise, accurate status updates to programme and business stakeholders
Introduce lightweight planning and tracking practices that suit hardware development
Support teams using tools like Jira while adapting delivery approaches (milestone-driven, Agile, Kanban, time-boxed iterations)
Improve predictability and transparency without adding unnecessary process overhead
Hands-on experience working with electronics design, PCB development, mechanical, or hardware test teams
Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles, including build and test phases
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery practices and planning tools
Comfortable working close to engineers and technical leads
Able to translate detailed engineering activity into clear delivery plans and meaningful status reporting
