We are a Munich-based investment group seeking a Founding AI Architect & Investment Lead to drive AI transformation across our portfolio and scout new, high-growth AI ventures for our next capital deployments.

What You’ll Do:

• Venture Engineering: Audit our current portfolio companies and lead the implementation of GenAI workflows to improve their efficiency.
• Venture Incubation: If your internal solutions prove scalable, you have the mandate and capital backing to spin them off into a standalone startup serving the global market.
• Strategic Investing: Lead technical due diligence on new AI investments. You will distinguish between "API wrappers" and "defensible moats."
• AI Enablement: Act as a high-leverage advisor to portfolio CEOs and key department heads. You are the bridge between cutting-edge research and boardroom ROI.

The Team & Your Leverage:

You will join a lean, high-caliber core team consisting of 3 Managing Directors and 3 Board Members.

Your Profile:

• The "Full Stack" Thinker: You can explain Transformers to a CEO and then go home and fine-tune a model yourself.
• Elite Technical Pedigree: You have a track record of excellence from world-class institutions. This could look like:
  • Academic: Top-tier degrees (CS, Physics, Math) from TUM (CDTM), ETH Zurich, EPFL, Cambridge, Oxford, or Ivy League.
  • Professional: Experience at high-growth AI labs/startups or top-tier technology companies
  • Other: High-level competitive programming (ICPC, IMO), significant contributions to major Open Source AI libraries, or top percentile Kaggle distinctions.
• Socially Fluent: You are "high-agency" and enjoy the people side of the business—mentoring, teaching, and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Relocation: Willing to move to Munich, the heart of Europe’s Deep Tech scene. 

Compensation:

• Base: 100k€
• Big Upside: Performance-based bonus + Equity Vesting (Participation in portfolio growth or carried interest on new AI investments).
