  • Perform feature validation in pre-production environments to ensure reliability.

Data Engineering & ETL Support

  • Design and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support large-scale data flows.

  • Query structured and semi-structured data using SQL or SCOPE for telemetry validation and reporting.

  • Analyze logs and storage systems to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements in product telemetry accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to define data requirements.

  • Provide technical recommendations for improving monitoring, testing workflows, and data quality standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or automation testing.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java).

  • Knowledge of SQL or equivalent data query tools.

  • Understanding of telemetry, logging frameworks, or analytics tracking systems.

  • Experience with ETL concepts or building data pipelines.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with application telemetry, diagnostic logs, or observability tools.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments or enterprise data storage systems.

  • Exposure to UI automation frameworks or feature testing.

  • Knowledge of large-scale data processing tools (e.g., SCOPE, Spark, Data Factory).
