BeamUP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Operator to join our Data Operations & Annotation team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of the data that powers our platform.

As a Data Operator, you’ll work hands-on with BeamUP’s internal tools and data systems to process, validate, and maintain high-quality datasets. You will also support data annotation workflows that help enrich and structure complex data, ensuring it can be leveraged effectively by our AI-driven platform. Your contributions will keep our data pipelines reliable, accurate, and scalable for our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain large volumes of structured and unstructured data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Validate and cross-check data against specifications and business rules.
• Monitor data pipelines and workflows to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Document operational workflows and follow task management processes to meet deadlines.
• Perform data annotation and labeling according to project guidelines and standards.
• Identify and flag data issues, inconsistencies, or anomalies for resolution.
• Conduct quality control checks and peer reviews of both raw and annotated data.
• Assist in generating simple reports and queries using Excel and SQL.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data management tools.
• Familiarity with data processing and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, BI dashboards).
• Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Experience with data annotation (image, text, or other formats).
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or operations data.
• Experience using task or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Trello).
• Understanding of quality assurance or data validation processes.
