Later, in start-up settings, I took that same mindset and applied it with more speed and flexibility. I designed data systems, worked as a self-starter, and explored how AI can make decision-making sharper and more consistent. Having worked in both large institutions and early-stage environments, I’ve learned how to balance depth with agility, and how to build tools that actually help people lead better.
